February 26-27, 2023.


Exhibitor Registration
The MCSS Annual Conference is a professional development opportunity for Minnesota social studies teachers of all grade levels. The conference includes speakers and engaging sessions on disciplines and strategies. This year's conference will be on Monday, February 27, 2023
.
Registration for exhibitors opens October 29, 2022: 12:00 PM and closes February 17, 2023: 12:00 PM.
  • Base fee:
    Commercial Exhibitor – $275.00
    Non-Profit Exhibitor – $175.00
    * You must provide your non-profit ID number upon registration.

Grand Casino will be open to exhibitors to set up starting at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, February 27, 2023.
Dedicated exhibitor time for the conference attendees will be from 10:50am through 12:50p.m. 
We also welcome exhibitors to network with leading educators from around that region at our Social Studies Social on Sunday evening, February 26, from 5-9 p.m. You can register for the Social along with your exhibitor registration.

**Exhibitors who would like to be included in the conference program must register by Tuesday, January 31, 2023.**


Registration deadline for the Social Studies Social closes at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 17, 2022.

Payment: You may pay online with a major credit card or send a check payable to MCSS to: Crystal Johnson - MCSS Treasurer, 639 17th St. SE, Owatonna, MN 55060. All exhibitor spaces must be paid by Friday, February 17, 2022.

Cancellations: Full refunds will be issued for notifications of cancellation received on or before Friday, February 11, 2023. No refund will be issued in the event of cancellation on or after Friday, February 11, 2023.

The MCSS annual conference is a professional development opportunity for Minnesota social studies teachers of all grade levels. The conference includes keynote speakers and engaging sessions on disciplines and strategies. This year's conference will be held at the Atwood Memorial Center on St. Cloud State University's Campus on Monday, March 7, 2016.

Atwood Memorial Center will be open to exhibitors to set up starting at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, March 7, 2016. 

We also welcome exhibitors to network with leading educators from around that region at our Teacher of the Year Awards Dinner on Sunday evening, March 6, from 5-9 p.m. at The Best Western Kelly Inn St. Cloud.  You can register for the awards dinner along with your exhibitor registration.

**Exhibitors who would like to be included in the conference program must register by Friday, January 30, 2016.**

Exhibitor registration closes Friday, February 19, 2016.

Registration deadline for the awards dinner closes at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1, 2016.

Payment: You may pay online with a major credit card or send a check payable to MCSS to:  Jennifer Hansen - MCSS Treasurer, 639 17th St. SE, Owatonna, MN 55060 before Feb. 19, 2016.  After that time, please bring check or cash to the conference.

Cancellations: Full refunds will be issued for notifications of cancellation received on or before Feb. 19, 2016.  No refund will be issued in the event of cancellation on or after Feb. 20, 2016.
